Kim, Luna
Luna Mi-Jeong Kim earned her MD and completed medical residency at The Catholic University of Korea. She has also completed her cardiology fellowship and PhD program at Ulsan University of Korea. She has practiced as a faculty physician at her alma mater’s department of cardiovascular medicine. Luna joined Prof. Elena Aikawa’s research group at CICS in February 2022, and is investigating molecular pathways and potential therapeutic targets in vascular and aortic valve calcification.
